Every house has it's own individual need, so prices may vary accordingly. We want to be FAIR. Our AVERAGE prices are around
$25 per bedroom, $30 per Bathroom, and $50 for the rest of the house ( Kitchen, Livingroom, Dinning room, Game Room, Pool Area, Front entrance) Again each house varies, so fees could be more, or less. We need to see the home for more accurate pricing.

We take BEFORE and AFTER photos of EVERY Clean for your safety and protection as well as ours.
At the end of every clean we send you a written report via email stating any findings, needed repairs, or suggestions.

What we leave for rental guests:
**Included in above prices...Individually wrapped bath tissue in every bathroom with 2 extra rolls, Bar of soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Lotion for each bathroom sink, Sanitized- strip over toilet seats, 1 kitchen towel roll, trash can liners in all cans, 2 extra kitchen trash bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 bottle of dish soap, 1 individually wrapped sponge, 2 Tide pods, and 2 dryer sheets.
+ EXTRA CHARGES:
+$30 per extra Bathroom ( If more than listed above)
+$25 per extra Bedroom ( If more than listed above)
+$10 per **extra bed ( Average room has 1 King, OR 1 Queen, OR 2 Twins.) Anything over this an additional fee will be added.)
+ $45 for deep oven cleaning ( Requiring removing excessive burnt on buildup)
+ $35 for deep refrigerator cleaning (Requiring removing of shelves and drawers to clean)
+$15 per bunk bed set
+$30.00 for OFF SITE LAUNDRY SERVICE PER LOAD.
( as of 11/1/21 Each X- Large Machine cost $11 to wash and $3.80 for 30min dry time + $15.00 per hour for my time to transport back and forth to home )
+$10 per extra load of Laundry ON SITE ( over 4 loads)
+$25-$100+ EXCESSIVE CLEAN/(Extra party mess)
+$50-100 Extra Pet Cleaning Fee (Excessive Dog, Or Cat Hair, Vomit, Urine, or Feces)

.20-.48 cents per Sq ft.
Deep Cleans
.25-.50 Per Sq ft.
**Hourly Rate for Cleans ( we get as much done as possible within a 4 hour window)**
$50 for 1 Cleaning Technician
$95 for 2 Cleaning Technicians
