With so many service variations options, we have several  pricing variations to charge accordingly. We charge either by the square foot, by the number of rooms,(bed &  bathrooms), or by the hour. We also offer several add on items too.

Deep Cleans are for cleaning of those places we often put off during our daily cleaning routine. It includes a general clean + 

Baseboards, cobwebs, ceiling fans, behind Ovens,  and Refrigerators. Window, window sills, blinds, and frames etc. 

Turnover cleans are for our  homeowners who rent their homes out, and want to make them look like no one has stayed there prior.  We take before and after photos and send you a report of any damages. We offer linen cleaning  service with your general clean to make your home perfect for your new guests. 

General Clean is a cleaning of all surfaces your kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, patio.

We clean tubs, showers, and sinks. Vacuum and Mop 

Real Estates companies  can benefit from our services to assist cleaning up a place to show for sale or rent;  making  the home picture perfect for potential buyers or renters.

Moving in or out of a places can be frustrating or a pleasure. We can clean up to help you get your deposit back from a rental, OR  make your new place clean, disinfected, and inviting for a fresh new start. 

Property managers can use our services for when their own cleaning staff is tied up on other jobs, or if they have call-outs. We can fill in when their regular staff is unavailable, or they just need and extra hand or two to clean.
